Who we are

We are a reinsurance advisory firm founded in 2015 and based in Montevideo, Uruguay. We deliver efficient, tailored solutions designed to meet the unique needs of our clients across Latin America, through partnerships with top-tier international providers.

Since January 2022, we have been part of Amwins Global Risks, the international arm of Amwins, the leading wholesale insurance distributor in the United States. This alliance connects us to a global network of partner companies operating under the THB brand in Latin America, enhancing our ability to offer solutions that meet the highest standards of the international market.

Rodrigo Dodd

With over 35 years of experience in the industry, Rodrigo is the founder of the company and a key figure in its growth and evolution. Known for his pragmatic and action-driven approach, he guides the strategic direction of the business and motivates the team to achieve concrete results. He currently chairs the Board of Directors at both THB Uruguay and THB Regional.

Verónica Dannemann

As co-founder of THB Uruguay, Verónica brings more than 25 years of experience in the reinsurance sector. Her leadership reflects the culture of continuous improvement and excellence that defines the company. She currently serves on the Board of Directors at both THB Uruguay and THB Regional.

Amwins Global Risks is the international arm of Amwins, headquartered in London. With over 800 employees in the UK and operations in more than 140 countries, it is one of the largest Lloyd’s brokers in the world. In Latin America, affiliated companies operate under the THB brand as part of the Amwins group.
